SUMMARY:IUPS Beacon meeting 2026
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Beacon meeting will take place in Okazaki\, Japan. The title “Physiology ahead: orchestration of multiple systems” promises a new\, interdisciplinary view on several hot topics in physiology. \n\nThe web site of the IUPS Beacon Symposium 2026 is now open\, and registration has started (April 2- June 16). https://www.iups.org/activities/iups-beacon-2026. Please join us! Registration for general participants\, as well as abstract submission for poster presentations\, is now open via the same page. The deadline is June 15.IUPS will also offer a limited number of travel grants for early-career researchers\, which will be awarded based on selection by the organizing committee. \nThe IUPS Beacon meetings are designed as small\, focused meetings on timely topics in physiology\, providing participants with an immersive and interactive environment for the exchange of scientific ideas\, with a particular emphasis on supporting early-career researchers. To date\, IUPS has organized Beacon Symposia in Germany (2024) and Brazil (2025).
